Transport for rehearsals

The following letter will be given to pupils on Monday, in case anyone has not signed up to this blog;

Dear Parent/Guardian,


Rehearsals for the School Play are set to begin next week, and with the number and quality of the pupils involved it looks set to be a fun and exciting time.

Unfortunately, pupil transport remains an issue. Until study club begins – and there is not yet a scheduled start date for it – we do not have transport arranged for after school activities.

Therefore we will need to rely on parents and guardians for transport arrangements after rehearsals, either picking up pupils at 5.30 on rehearsal nights, authorising use of the bus, or authorising pupils to walk home.

Also, the rehearsal scheduled for Wednesday 26th September has been moved to Tuesday 25th September. If this is causes any problems, please let me know.
